CHAPLAIN

Occupational

Provide spiritual support to employees. Offer guidance on life issues, help with communication and conflict resolution, as well as lead faith services during the workday. We can also assist companies in understanding employee needs and handle crisis situations.


Emergency Response

Provide care and support for law enforcement officers, medics, firefighters, and 911 communicators while working side-by-side with them to care for people in crisis.

Marriage Enrichment

Marriage enrichment is a philosophy and process that can help couples improve their marriages in a lasting way. Our goal is to help couples become more aware of themselves and their partners, and develop skills to improve their communication, impacting their emotional and intimate life so that they can build a lasting marriage. 

These skills can include: Problem solving, Adaptability, Conflict resolution, Commitment, Love, Forgiveness, and Friendship. 


Pre-Marital Education

Premarital counseling is a valuable tool to help facilitate conversations about issues you may encounter in your married life challenge you to view your expectations of marriage: faith, finance, family and more. 


Pastoral Care

Our team of Pastoral counselors offer a private, secure environment where people can unpack and discuss life situations and receive spiritual guidance. 

LIFE SKILLS

Life in Focus Education offers skills to people in need regardless of language, status, or culture. The dedicated efforts of trained professionals provide resourceful seminars, one-on-one teaching, and support groups to help rebuild communities one person at a time. 


A.C.T.S. Drug Education

Our alcohol and drug education program offers a holistic approach to the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of a person struggling with alcohol or chemical abuse. Participants will be empowered to confront challenges and develop problem-solving skills for life.


Anger Management

Our anger-management course explores the cause and effect of anger. Participants discover how his or her history, family relationships, and relationships with others influences reactions. Then, helpful skills and techniques to control anger are provided, and the students are instructed on how to use these tools in a constructive and creative manner when dealing with anger.


Finance Management

Our finance course offers basic financial skills like how to open a checking account, prepare a budget, write checks, properly use debit/credit cards, reconcile their check register against a bank statement, apply for a loan, and check interest rates.


Parenting Training

Our parenting course is an interactive curriculum that encourages parents to take an active role in raising children. Parents are encouraged to meet the child’s physical, emotional, and mental needs. Being a parent is one of our biggest jobs—and this course can help

leadership Development

Assisting Pastors, Managers and Teams in developing the skills, qualities, and knowledge they need to become effective leaders using the context of their church or business. Our goal is to equip them with skills to lead, motivate, and empower them to operate effectively in their respective roles.
